Fluid Truck is a United States based peer-to-peer community truck sharing platform offering businesses and individuals a better way to rent vehicles, and vehicle owners an opportunity to make money. Our Real Estate Department is responsible for managing and maintaining all real estate‑related items and obtaining city permitting/entitlements for upcoming company projects. In this position, our specialist will have to search for properties that fit within the company parameters, create and maintain relationships with landlords across all markets as Fluid expands, coordinate internally with several different departments, manage multiple projects simultaneously along with managing the lease signing process.
