Será responsable de proporcionar soporte técnico y administrativo de alto nível a los clientes, asegurando la resolución eficiente de problemas y la satisfacción del cliente. Este rol implica trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar que las necesidades de los clientes se cumplan de manera oportuna y efectiva.

1.Responsable por las actividades del Cierre de Mes.

a) Actividad de pre cierre.

b) Actividad de cierre.

c) Actividad de post cierre.

d)Análisis de diferencias de costos,desvío sin deseables e inconsistencias.

2. Responsable por la confección de los Business cases para:
a)Evaluación de nuevos proyectos de producción local.

b)Evaluación de oportunidades de reducción de costos

c)Evaluación de oportunidades de reducción de costos.

3. Control de Inventarios

a) Asegurar la integridad de los stock con el correcto ajuste del mismo cada vez que sea requerido.

b) Liderar el inventario anual.

c) Reporte semanal y mensual de inventarios. Análisis del mismo respecto a ROFO entendiendo el motivo de los desvíos.

4. Reporting y control:
a) Elaboración de los reportes requeridos por el sector.

b) Análisis y control de Gastos pre-calculados vs reales.
- Requerimientos Básicos: (Título universitario en Informática, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de gestión de tickets y CRM
- Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiência en un rol de soporte técnico o análisis de cuentas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, gestionando múltiples prioridades.
- Certificaciones en ITIL, PMP o similares son una ventaja.
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada al cliente.
