Remitee, a rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments is seeking a **Sr.** **Legal Analyst**

As a Sr. Legal Analyst, you will play an active role in supporting the Legal & Compliance team by reviewing contracts, terms and conditions as data privacy policies, executing the procurement process, focusing on risk legal management and ensuring internal policies. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex commercial structures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review several documents, such as contracts, amendments and terms and conditions.
- Improve the company’s contract templates in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze legal issues impacting the business in Argentina as well as in other countries of the region.
- Participate in bids/tenders, reviewing specifications, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in legal areas within fintech companies.
- Law degree with specialization in business law (or proven experience assisting fintech companies in business law).
- Knowledge of corporate regulations, CNV, BCRA, and/or UIF (a plus).
- Advanced English.
- Strong ability to interpret laws and regulations.
- Proactive attitude, initiative to respond to the company’s and colleagues’ needs by providing ideas and improvement proposals.
- Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration, providing support to different areas of the company.
