Our Client is a leading multinational corporation operating in the oenology and food products. In order to strengthen their local Business Unit, they're looking for a General Manager who will join the Country team.

**Posizione**:
Main tasks:
Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Align the Company goals with the larger group’s strategic objectives;
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions;
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and profitability;
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the subsidiary’s market presence;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Operational Management:

- Oversee logistics and production operations to ensure efficient supply chain management and timely delivery of products;
- Implement best practices to optimize operational processes and improve productivity;
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Financial Oversight:

- Manage the subsidiary’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met;
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans;
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare regular reports on sales, logistics, and financial performance for the Group CEO;
- Maintain open and effective communication with the larger group’s executive team;
- Prepare and present annual commercial and financial budget and forecast.

**Requisiti**:

- Academic background in Food Technology or related field; Business Administration Masters will be considered a plus;
- Proven working experience in business development roles with full responsibility on budget;
- Sound understanding of operations processes (production, quality, logistic, purchases);
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Italian is a plus.
