who we need...

We are looking for a Machine Translation Coordinator who will be responsible for collaborating with our Machine Translation Solutions Manager in overseeing the integration and optimization of MT technology within our organization. Additionally, you will have to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of our MT content across various projects, coordinate training of engines, be responsible of part of the invoicing process, among other things. If you have experience with Machine Translation with strong business acumen and exemplary work ethic, CQ would like to meet you.

what we need you to do...
- Help collect, clean up and improve data for the training/re-training of engines.
- Oversee the invoicing process for MT provided services.
- Help collaborate with other departments to improve processes and close gaps.
- Coordinate efforts for the training of new engines.
- Help documenting processes for internal reference
- Keeping internal logs with engine information
- Testing and implementing AI services related to MT
- Help creating reports and keeping track of MT related statistics

what we want you to have...
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Machine Translation or as a Localization Project Manager
- Excellent organization, and linguistic skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Verbal and written fluency in a foreign language a plus
- Advanced computing skills, Microsoft Office, including experience with CAT tools (Knowledge of MemoQ is a plus)
- Familiarity with MT services in the market is ideal
- Innovative, curious and solutions oriented
