Remote Dispatcher (Appliance Repair)**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Service Coordination**:

- Receive and prioritize service requests from customers.
- Coordinate with customers to gather essential information and provide initial troubleshooting guidance.

2. **Technician Scheduling**:

- Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians to service locations.
- Optimize technician routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.

3. **Communication**:

- Maintain clear and concise communication with both customers and field technicians.
- Provide updates to customers regarding technician arrival times and any delays.

4. **Record Keeping**:

- Keep detailed records of service requests, technician assignments, and completed jobs.
- Input and update customer information in the database accurately.

5. **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during service appointments.
- Collaborate with technicians and customers to ensure satisfaction.

6. **Remote Support**:

- Provide remote support to technicians, offering guidance on troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Utilize technology tools to monitor technician progress and job completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the appliance repair or service industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, English (Intermediate)
- (Upper-Intermediate) both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and dispatch systems.
- Technical understanding of appliances and basic troubleshooting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

**Working Conditions**:
This is a remote position that requires a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. The role may involve occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs.

Pay: $500,000.00 - $850,000.00 per month
