Importante empresa multinacional que produce y da servicio a turbocompresores se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Contabilidad y Finanzas con idioma inglés para incorporar a su equipo de trabajo.

In this position, you will support Country Financial and Commercial Managers for Brazil and Argentina with accounting, controlling, financial, tax, treasury, account receivables & payables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brindar apoyo a los gerentes financieros y comerciales con la contabilidad, control, finanzas, impuestos, tesorería, cuentas por cobrar y pagar del país.
- Realizar el seguimiento de los plazos y solicitud de renovación según sea necesario para licencias, contratos de alquiler, seguros locales.
- Verificar y mantener los pagos del día, solicitar facturas a proveedores externos, cargarlas en el ERP e introducirlas manualmente en la cuenta bancaria.
- Verificar y aprobar las solicitudes de pago bancario.
- Procesar operaciones de cobertura. Negociar y contratar coberturas con el Banco.
- Procesar los pagos en moneda extranjera. Negociar el tipo de cambio con el banco y procesos internos.
- Gestionar los pagos del plan médico del empleado y su familia. 1Conciliaciones de cuentas contables.
- Contacto con diversas partes interesadas (auditoría externa, otros proveedores).
- Preparar y controlar los libros fiscales.
- Emisión de reportes.
- Follow up deadlines and request renewal as required for PoA, licenses, rental contracts, and local insurances.
- Verify and operationalize payments of the day, request invoices from external providers, upload to ERP and input them manually in the bank account.

- Process hedging operations - negotiate and contract hedging with the bank.
- Process foreign currency payments - exchange rate negotiation with bank and internal process with GBS.
- Manage medical plan payments for employee and family.
- Accounting reconciliation.
- Contact with various stakeholders (external audit, other providers).
- Prepare and control of fiscal books.

Your background
- Ser graduado de carreras afines a la posición ( Contabilidad, Finanzas).
- Experiência mínima de cuatro años en tareas de contabilidad, analisis de estados finnacieros estatutarios (balances, cuenta de resultados), finanzas en empresas multinacionales. La experiência en el rubro industrial será considerado un plus.
- Nível de idioma inglés avanzado.
- Se valoraran los conocimientos de los requisitos contables y las normas fiscales locales además de las US GAAP.
- Graduate of careers related to the position (Accounting, Finance).
- Minimum four years of experience in accounting tasks, analysis of statutory financial statements (balance sheets, income statements), finance in multinational companies. Experience in the industrial field will be considered a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge of local accounting requirements and tax regulations in addition to US GAAP would be an asset.
