**LOCATION**:Martinez, Buenos Aires - Argentina

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of Finance - Accounting Services

The role is responsible for ensuring financial statements and its audit without observations, ensure an adequate control environment in all accounting issues, review and assure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

**Reports to**:Corporate Finance Manager

**Reporting Level**:Non-Management

**Geographic Scope**:Argentina

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Lead the team and train the members to become potential successors.
- Keep control of the accounting to ensure that it reflects the reality with up-to-date information.
- Prepare the annualized financial statements with no observations from the external auditors.
- Prepare an accurate forecast of the accounts to help planning and consolidate the indirect cashflow method and be able to explain and correct deviations.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget of the area.
- Automate the financial statement preparation process.
- Identify tasks that could be performed by the shared service centre team to migrate them.
- Coordinate the month end closure.
- Keep the intercompany accounts up to date.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have recent experience in financial statement auditing?
- Do you have knowledge of accounting control and analysis?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related.
- Microsoft Excel Advanced, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- English intermediate - advanced.
- Experience in the accounting area (more than 2 years).
- Experience in the preparation of the financial statements.
- Experience leading teams.
- Strong financial analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with other areas.
- Organized and multitasking - prioritization.
- Be able to work at the Martinez, Buenos Aires office.
