In Rappi we designed a growth and career accelerator program for key talents

You should expect:

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree (all), Computer Science degree, or similar.
- Maximum (1) one year from graduation.
- Basic coding skills in any of these languages: GO, Python,Swift, Kotlin, Java, NodeJS,Javascript
- Analytical skills.

**What You'll Do**:

- Work with innovation, responsibility, and impact, with a team of stellar people.
- Work hands-on with the product team and developers to create new features across Rappi’s apps and operations.
- Develop and implement new ideas and processes to improve operations and user experience.
- Be part of a team that will have the challenge to develop a business solution together with specific metrics and targets and you will be expected to achieve the goal.
