Technical Product Analyst

We are looking for a **Technical Product Analyst** to join one of our Product teams (Bidding & Data Platform) responsible for developing, maintaining and improving all the products that are involved in our ad-serving mechanism.

As a Technical Product Analyst, you will contribute on specific projects that range from identifying, diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues to designing processes that improve efficiency. Your solutions and learnings will help shape project outlines that will be passed on to our Product and Tech teams.

We're looking for a curious mind, with entrepreneurial spirit who will take ownership of recurring problems and will persist until the best possible solution is found.

- Jampp is a remote-first company. For this position, it means that you can work remotely from any part of Argentina._

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Become a product expert in order to assist non-technical stakeholders by both sharing knowledge and troubleshooting product issues that arise on a day-to-day basis.
- Work closely with the Product Manager in order to identify and structure problems/needs/opportunities in our existing products
- Collaborate with the team by validating the correct implementation of released product features
- Analyze and monitor product features adoption

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:

- Bachelor's Degree or advanced student in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems or any other related technical/analytical field career.
- SQL and Python language understanding; Experience working with this tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Experience dealing with APIs will be a great plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
