Right now, we are looking for a **Payroll Lead** to join our team
- You will get the chance to:_

- Analyze accuracy of bonus and vacation provisions, employee advances, bank clearing, etc.
- Analyze and support inquiries from Legislation/Tax/Accounting.
- Prepare reports and analysis of results of the payroll process.
- Global Payroll management (North America and EMEA is mandatory).
- Anticipate material variations by company resulting from monthly payroll entries before month end closing.
- Follow up payroll accounting issues with SAP consultants until resolution.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Leadership skills.
- Advanced English Skills (C1).
- Working knowledge on Argentinian payroll and labor standards (including Income tax for FTE)
- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Enjoy analyzing and solving problems.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Being flexible & goal oriented.
- Advanced SAP knowledge.
- Experience in similar positions.
