Para nuestro cliente importante Compañía Multinacional del rubro Oil & Gas, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Payroll Lead, quién será responsable de la gestión de las actividades clave asociadas con la nómina y el procesamiento de terceros (que apoyan a una población nacional y expatriada).

**Requisitos**:
Nos orientamos a profesionales graduados preferentemente de carreras de Ciencias Económicas (CPN), con 5 años de experiência con nóminas con convenios colectivos complejos e idealmente sindicalizado, conocimiento práctico de liquidación de impuesto a las ganacias, legislación laboral y las normas laborales federales/provinciales, convenios colectivos y políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos. Se requiere experiência funcional trabajando con aplicaciones SAP HCM/Nómina y MS Office y comprensión sólida de las Directrices del Marco de Controles y ejecución de controles. Se requiere conocimiento de informes legales, del libro de Nómina Digital, ley argentina y del cálculo del impuesto sobre la renta de nómina Conocimiento del sistema Workday preferentemente Inglés nível avanzado tanto oral como escrito. Quien ocupe el rol tendrá un alto nível de exposición, interaccción multicultural y contacto con los principals stakeholders internos y externos. En este sentido orientamos la búsqueda a profesionales con solidez técnica, con capacidad para realizar exposiciones y presentaciones de alto nível y habilidades interpersonales. Se valorará poseer visión analítica y de control interno, capacidad de resolución y atención al detalle.

**Lugar de Trabajo**: CABA, Argentina. Modalidad Híbrida (40% trabajando desde oficina y 60% HO).
