Dunzo is a fast growing marketing agency specializing in the home service industry. We help businesses generate leads and grow through strategic Google Ads campaigns and automation. **About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Buyer/Manager to take full ownership of our Google Ads accounts, develop strategies, and optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small-business environment, enjoys working with a team, and wants to contribute to our growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize all Google Ads accounts, strategies, and budgets
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Google Ads management
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with our team to improve lead generation efforts

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads strategies, bidding, and conversion tracking
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, dynamic team environment
- Comfortable communicating with leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and resource needs for the Google Ads department
- Confident in explaining strategies and campaign performance to clients/team members in a clear and actionable way

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Ability to build high-converting landing pages in GHL or Wordpress
