**WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO**

The agency has a dedicated team of seven people who work closely together to deliver outstanding results. As a Google Paid Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving client success through managing Google Ads campaigns. From analyzing data, creating ads, and collaborating with the rest of the team, to communicating with clients—you’ll be at the forefront of scaling accounts and improving performance for B2C brands.

**HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Consistently driving revenue growth by launching and optimizing Google ads campaigns that meet or exceed performance goals
- Auditing accounts to uncover both fundamental and nuanced flaws, creating data-driven strategies to address these flaws and unlock new growth opportunities
- Analyzing campaign performance and conducting A/B tests to refine key metrics
- Monitoring and reporting on the success of the campaigns to the internal team and clients to make sure targets are met and performance is rising
- Strengthening client relationships by establishing clear performance objectives, communicating regularly, and delivering results that foster trust and long-term partnerships

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have several years of experience scaling B2C brands and service businesses through Google ads with a proven track record of success
- You have experience working with startups and in fast-paced environments
- You have worked with and have an understanding of Google ads, but also what goes into the other channels, as you will work together with the Paid Social Specialist, Aleksandar.
- You have successfully scaled ad accounts from $7,000 per month to $50,000-$100,000+ in spend, delivering exceptional results and demonstrating growth
- You are detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of analyzing metrics to optimize and scale campaigns effectively
- You are self-motivated, a strong communicator, and thrive in a flexible remote work environment
- You have fluent English, both written and verbal, and maintain a high level of professionalism in client interactions

**Experience**:
