Interacts with clients to provide support with ordering and billing requests, information requests, suggestions, and complaints.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Perform Order Fulfillment to regional customers in Americas.
- Perform sales orders processing, delivery arrangement, billing, and sales support.
- Accountable for the receipt of the order, credit review, and the final invoicing Acts as second level escalation in resolving complex issues.
- Liaise and coordinate with various work groups to resolve pricing, inventory, credit, quality, and supply issues.
- Responsible for logging Customer Complaint in Oronite Connect.
- Responsible for understanding product terminology, product handling characteristics, basic principles of supply chain, and use of basic customer service and/ or logistics methods and policies.
- Full accountability and ownership of order capture and management process for customer groups.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar, or relevant experience.
- Proficient in English.
- +5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Order to Cash processes.
- Analytical skills with focus on processes and standards.
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
