Optimize raw material inventory while meeting service levels. **What you will do**: - Resolve all stock out and stock low exceptions. - Review and approve Recommended Shipments in planning system. - Expedite and/or cancel existing shipments to cover production demands. - Perform planning parameter and stocking strategy analysis. - Initiate any parameter changes necessary to improve plan performance. - Execute, analyze, and distribute raw materials planning reports. - Work and communicate with the network master planner to resolve all raw materials planning issues that have a network impact. - Report forecasted component usage to key suppliers. - Report weekly base oil consumption and usage. - Serve as the local contact for new and obsolete raw materials. - Support and comply with all SHE policies and procedures. - Coordinate Management of Changes related to new raw materials. - Manage reconciliation of Supplier Managed Inventory. - Report Supplier Non Conformances. **About you**: **Skills and Qualifications** - Understanding of Lubes business and overall network strategy, supply/demand balance, and plant operating constraints. - Knowledge of SAP and Manugistics. - Strong teamwork skills. - Strong analytical skills. - APIC's Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification. - Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus. - Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment. - Ability to multi-task. - Business, Marketing, Logistics, or Engineering degree. **Your benefits**: **An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
