Their focus is on short-term sales & operations execution or sales & operations planning creating and overseeing tactical supply plans that balance material demand, inventory position, capacity constraints and service level requirements within value chain/geographical area. Office based - BA, Torre Boston **What role you will play in our team**: - Work with personnel across supply chain, manufacturing, 3rd party providers etc to operate monthly supply/demand processes. - Translate supply/demand plans into optimized production run or replenishment plans. - Incorporate activities such as promotions, plant maintenance, system upgrades or production outages into production/replenishment plans. - Resolve/escalate production/replenishment issues, working with manufacturing technical or logstics providers as appropriate. - Support network inventory build, run-down and product change-over (phase in/ phase out) according to the product line change management process. - Lead or assist in generation of dead stock / slow moving / excessive imported inventory disposal and redeployment plan. - Resolve / minimize impact of product shortages via zone or regional deployment and/or production expedition etc. **About You**: - Engineer degree - Functional skills: Analytical; Data Analytics; Supply Chain; Planning; Inventory Management - Behavioural skills: Communication; Collaboration; Proactivity; Sense of urgency **Preferred Qualifications**: - Tableau; Power BI; SAP - Experienced in manufacturing operations/logistics (0-5 years experience) **Your benefits**: **An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
