The Supply Chain department is seeking new candidates to its growing dynamic team. The department provides support to the US Lubes Organization all along the planning value chain.

AMR LVC Component Planner: Component or raw material planners are responsible for creating short term raw material replenishment plans. Their focus is on short-term sales & operations execution or sales & operations planning creating and overseeing tactical supply plans that balance material demand, inventory position, capacity constraints and service level requirements within value chain/geographical area.

Office based - BA, Torre Boston

• Work with personnel across supply chain, manufacturing, 3rd party providers etc to operate monthly supply/demand processes.
• Translate supply/demand plans into optimized production run or replenishment plans.
• Incorporate activities such as promotions, plant maintenance, system upgrades or production outages into production/replenishment plans.
• Resolve/escalate production/replenishment issues, working with manufacturing technical or logstics providers as appropriate.
• Support network inventory build, run-down and product change-over (phase in/ phase out) according to the product line change management process.
• Lead or assist in generation of dead stock / slow moving / excessive imported inventory disposal and redeployment plan.
• Resolve / minimize impact of product shortages via zone or regional deployment and/or production expedition etc.

• Engineer degree
• Functional skills: Analytical; Data Analytics; Supply Chain; Planning; Inventory Management
• Behavioural skills: Communication; Collaboration; Proactivity; Sense of urgency

• Tableau; Power BI; SAP
• Experienced in manufacturing operations/logistics (0-5 years experience)
