Compañía Financiera Internacional Líder se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Application Support. Como especialista en soporte de aplicaciones que trabaja dentro de un equipo de gestión de producción, será responsable del soporte técnico de las aplicaciones e infraestructura de producción.
Sus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Apoyo a la gestión de incidentes en la rápida recuperación de incidentes que afectan a las aplicaciones.
- Investigación y resolución de consultas de procesamiento de aplicaciones planteadas por Operaciones Comerciales.
- Apoyar las implementaciones de proyectos en el entorno de producción.
- Seguir con precisión los procesos asociados con las herramientas de soporte, p. ej., Gestión de cambios y problemas, centro de atención, marco de entrega de proyectos.
- Dependiendo del proyecto, cubrirá las horas fuera de las horas centrales de Norteamérica/Buenos Aires a través de la asistencia para guardias, festivos ocasionales y solicitudes ad hoc para la implementación del proyecto.
- Apoyar e iniciar proyectos de equipo internos para mejorar la calidad y la eficiencia del servicio prestado.
- Ejecución de planes de recuperación ante desastres de aplicaciones e infraestructuras.
Perfil requerido:
- Experiência en SQL, Base de datos - Sybase / Oracle, Unix - Solaris / Linux.
- Experiência en automatización a través de secuencias de comandos, herramientas de programación de trabajos (Autosys, Control-M, etc.)
- Experiência en supervisión/alerta y lote/trabajo.
- Concienciación/experiência trabajando como parte de o configurando un modelo DevOps y un SDLC (ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software) moderno.
- Puede demostrar un enfoque práctico para la resolución de incidentes de producción y la comprensión del panorama general de los procesos de producción.
- Tendrá excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas, capacidad para negociar rápidamente soluciones y resolver incidentes y realizar un análisis adecuado de la causa raíz.
- Nível de inglés: intermedio
- avanzado, disponer muy buenas habilidades verbales y escritas en inglés.
- Zona de trabajo: CABA.
