About the job
The main purpose of this position is to bring focused leadership to a team of service engineers in order to maintain operational capability whilst balancing the needs of the customer, business and the team. Furthermore, it is to support and coordinate team members to create an excellent customer experience and meet the Service market demands. You will be travelling 40% of your working time.
Key tasks:
- Lead and support the team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing with a strong customer orientated mindset
- Develop, motivate and coach direct reports and secure a proper development
- Conduct FSE’s employee reviews, include competence profile and skills matrix updates accordingly
- Ensure effective management of people in remote areas.
What you know: To succeed in this position, you:
- Hold an electromechanical educational background in combination with previous working experience within e.g., Service Coordinator, Service Engineer or Field sales
- 2 years of managerial experience, preferably from relevant industrial companies
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written is a prerequisite for this position.
