Product Growth Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Inform and shape product strategy through understanding data and combining insights across analyses and research
- Ideate and iterate on product directions that will help scale retention and growth, within our platform and across the company
- Drive execution on key product levers that drive growth and engagement for the overall ecosystem through cross-organizational alignment

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in analytics or product
- Experience in effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive toward common product goals
- Experience in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
- Experimentation experience in designing multivariate tests, synthesizing test results and building frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
- Experience communicating data-driven product insights to influence leadership direction
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
- Bachelor's degree and/or work experience in a product or analytics role

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth
