We’re seeking a hands‑on Senior Growth Product Manager who will own end‑to‑end operational systems that drive revenue. This role is not about building isolated features; you will manage entire revenue‑critical processes from conception to launch, working at the intersection of product, operations, and data. Reporting directly to the Product Lead, you will increase financial conversion rates, reduce operational costs across support, teaching, success, and career functions, and improve our internal Employment Rate — the percentage of graduates who find work. What You Will Do - Launch key operational systems to increase financial conversion. Map and optimize processes, build end‑to‑end workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation. Analyze team operations in CRM, create roadmaps, and integrate tools. Optimize onboarding and refund flows to cut refund rates by 15‑20%. - Reduce costs through automation. Design AI‑powered solutions for support and manual workflows, cut overhead, and prove ROI. - Own and monitor metrics. Build analytics infrastructure and dashboards. Track conversions, revenue flows, and cohort behavior. Proactively spot issues (e.g., payment drops) and lead cross‑functional response. - Test hypothesis and scale. Create an experimentation framework, formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests and pilots, analyze outcomes, and scale validated solutions. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Product or Growth Manager with measurable impact on conversion, retention, or operational efficiency. - Strong data‑driven mindset: collecting and analyzing metrics, identifying problems and growth opportunities, and establishing baseline KPIs. - Experience conducting user and team interviews, uncovering JTBD, pain points, and process gaps.
