Learning & Development Analyst

**The Work You’ll Do**:
The global L&D analyst is responsible for the administration of best practices in employee enablement systems including LMS, HRIS, and language learning software. Partnering with the Learning and Development team this role will provide support through system optimization, processes management, and documentation.
**More specifically, you will**:
- Ensure all tracking and documenting of training completions, sessions, and attendance to ensure accuracy and compliance needs
- Communicate to learners with updates, best practices, and approaching training deadlines
- Generate and accurately run reports for compliance needs, and data analysis
- Assist with basic troubleshooting needs to internal learning tools and engagement platforms
- Assist with design and develop of employee communication materials related to learning and development information for employees
- Cultivate strong working relationships within the L&D team and across multiple departments and regions
- Assist with drafting and editing learning plans, training presentations, and supporting documents.
- Assist with distribution of learning and development materials and uploading content to Confluence, Litmos, or other channels as needed
- Collaborate with trainers to support the Learning Management System and new hire onboarding
- Assists in organizing materials and programs
- Champion in action to encourage employees to leverage learning opportunities and embrace our Be Professional core value
- Collaborate with global HROps team on system administration and support
**What We Need From You**
- One year of related professional work experience or equivalent university field of study
- Experience with training and/or other development work is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong excel and analytical skills
- Experience in administration such record keeping, data tracking, report generation
- Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes as well as manage and handle day-to-day details and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proactive and addresses any needs head on
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with LMS is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills - ability to create employee communications for clarity and present programs to large groups of employees
- Ability to manage multiple priorities (at times conflicting)
