**Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to lead our creative team, working closely with marketing to prioritize, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish.

They will also demonstrate exceptional cross-functional collaboration, effectively manage project timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and work seamlessly with partners to adjust schedules as needed.

**The Role**

As a Creative Project Manager, you will play a key role in helping the creative team, coordinating with other project stakeholders, tracking progress, and providing creative direction as needed.

You will also focus on developing and implementing project plans, as well as communicating with clients to understand and document project requirements, while working closely with marketing to align creative strategies with overall marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of creative operations, ensuring timely and on-brief project delivery
- Project coordination from start to finish, deadline management, proactive communication, and capacity planning for the creative team
- Status reporting, and providing strategic recommendations and solutions
- Implementing production quality control to maintain excellence and consistency
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure deliverables are aligned with overall strategies and goals
- Serving as a liaison between internal creative teams and external clients, managing expectations and ensuring client feedback is incorporated effectively
- Participating in select client meetings or communications to clarify project goals, timelines, or deliverables

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a creative project manager at an advertising or marketing agency
- Knowledge of creative production processes and workflows
- Ability to provide time estimates for completion of projects
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in working across multiple time zones
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Excel) and familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Skilled communicator with good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills: Ability to succinctly communicate with stakeholders and creatives
- Experience interfacing with clients, managing feedback, and providing clear updates or deliverable expectations
- Ability to work well with some oversight and be aware of when/how to ask for assistance from senior team members or flag risks that need to be addressed
- Good prioritization skills and an ability to stay calm under pressure. Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
- Attention to detail while managing multiple projects/tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Marketing, or related discipline preferred, but not required
- Fluent in English - clear, confident communication with both internal teams and clients is a must
