**Happy Mammoth **is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across the United States, Australia and Europe. We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.

Currently, we are looking for a **_Creative Project Manager _**to join our vibrant international team of experts.

This is a** full-time remote contractor position.**

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for cross-platform creative concept ideation, data-driven variation testing, and beginning-to-end production for all ads for paid social. Working with the Creative Team, you will be responsible for the creative and performance side to understand how to integrate marketing objectives into a creative proposal.

**Responsibilities**
- Optimizing campaigns through the effective management of ad copies, videos, and other creative assets to ensure their productivity,
- Crafting and presenting innovative creative concepts seamlessly across various platforms,
- Effectively briefing the creative team (producers, copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors) while adeptly managing the entire workflow of creative production from inception to completion,
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc) to develop impactful, data-driven variations, and proficiently generating performance reports,
- Working creatively and analytically in a fast-growing business,
- Providing constructive feedback to the team to foster continuous improvement and enhance overall performance,
- Ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects,
- Actively participating and collaborating in market research projects

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with digital media campaigns
- Proficient in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager for advertising campaigns.
- Proven expertise in crafting social media ads for diverse platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Understanding of key social media trends,
- Understanding of key social media performance metrics,
- Managing and dealing with external suppliers,
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in organizing collaborative work efforts across diverse teams,
- Ability to work cross-culturally,
- Ability to work in a virtual work environment
