With a growing user base and a bold marketing roadmap, we are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Project Manager - Marketing to ensure that brand, performance, CRM, and campaign initiatives are delivered with speed, impact, and precision. ROLE OVERVIEW As Project Manager - Marketing, you will coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of cross-channel campaigns, marketing technology rollouts, content production pipelines, and performance optimization projects. You will work across functions—product, creative, growth, data, and compliance—to ensure marketing plans turn into tangible results. You will report line-wise to the Program Manager and functionally to the Head of Marketing . A strong emphasis will be placed on using AI tools and automation in your day-to-day work to improve velocity, content quality, and operational scalability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Project Execution Manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns, CRM programs, content calendars, and media rollouts. Create and maintain project timelines, briefs, dependencies, and coordination structures. Ensure marketing execution is on-brand, compliant, and measurable. AI-Powered Efficiency & Enablement Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, Synthesia) for copywriting, ideation, creative QA, documentation, and workflow automation. Champion the use of AI in campaign analysis, segmentation, and A/B testing processes. Identify repeatable workflows that can be automated or scaled using new technology. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the marketing delivery liaison between commercial, creative, data, and product teams. Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and freelancers when needed. Ensure smooth handoffs across planning, design, translation/localization, deployment, and post-campaign review. Performance & Governance Collaborate with data and analytics to track outcomes and define success metrics. Partner with legal/compliance to ensure advertising and promotions meet regulatory standards. Maintain accurate reporting in project tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Confluence) and drive retrospectives. WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR Professional Background 5+ years of experience in marketing project or program management, ideally within iGaming , consumer tech , or growth-focused digital companies . Experience delivering across multiple channels: performance, brand, CRM, partnerships, and organic. Marketing & Technical Skills (required) Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, creative production, campaign tracking, and MarTech tools. Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and creative teams. Familiar with project management software, content calendars, and KPI frameworks. AI & Automation Skills Proven experience (or high comfort level) using AI tools in marketing operations. Ability to identify, test, and roll out automation or AI-based productivity enhancements. Languages & Communication Fluent in Spanish - required. Excellent English - required for cross-regional coordination. Strong stakeholder communication skills, including briefing, reporting, and alignment. Soft Skills Organized, resourceful, and execution-driven. Adept at managing creative and technical stakeholders.
