About the job Creative Web Project Manager Location SENIOR CREATIVE WEB PROJECT MANAGER: The Creative Web Project Manager is a masterful project manager who commands complex, custom web design projects from discovery to launch. This person will deftly coordinate all resources, based on a deep understanding of client objectives, to conquer timelines and drive measurable results. They will motivate their teams to be successful and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience in web design and development Leadership ability to effectively prepare, meet, present, and manage client calls Proficiency with WordPress Previous experience working at a digital agency or consulting firm Experience using PM software such as Jira Confidence in driving all aspects of the projects process to keep the team focused and clients reassured 1+ years fully remote PM experience Responsibilities: Establish project scope based on clients budget, business, technical, creative, and strategic goals Expertly prepare for all client meetings and lead all calls with investment, energy, and enthusiasm Ensure project/updates scope is clearly defined to client and internally and that work is done on time and within budget Gather content from client as needed and make sure client is fully aware of what is needed when to avoid project delays Serve as the liaison between the creative team and the client to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, field feedback, and more Work with design team to make sure that client vision is accurately represented in designs created/presented Create successfully achieved project timelines that define expected completion dates, milestones, and who is responsible for each task Ability to make a strong case while listening and remaining open to other perspectives Manage the creative department project schedules, budgets, and scopes Take full ownership on all account activities to be the single point of contact both internally and to client Results-orientation and willingness to improve process Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate both with and without authority Create requirements documents, design specifications, technical specifications, project schedules, project documentation, and other deliverables Ability to work effectively and dependably in remote environments Confidence to effectively present well-reasoned options to decision makers Take ownership of QA testing to make sure work being done by the team is meeting or exceeding clients expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
