Corporate Housing Coordinator, Relocation Services

A new opportunity is available for a Corporate Housing Coordinator to join our client, a Global Corporate Housing & Serviced Apartments provider.
The ideal applicant will have years of customer service experience and exposure to the Relocation, Global Mobility, Corporate Housing or Serviced Apartment sector.
**Duties of the Corporate Housing Coordinator, Relocation Services include**:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery to increase and develop accounts
- Generate client corporate housing proposals for each request ensuring understanding of the client's housing needs and requirements
- Compile and record all required accommodation booking documentation and share with internal stakeholders as necessary
- Conduct corporate accommodation searches across set locations, ensuring information on pricing, amenities, and availability are collected
- Record data and obtain invoices, refunds and contracts from suppliers and clients as and when required
- Regularly connect with clients and guests to obtain feedback and ensure a positive client experience
- Identify opportunities for relationship and account development
- Resolve any client issues reported in an immediate and timely manner
- Participate in after-hours maintenance emergency support as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous work experience in relocation, destination services, property or real estate
- Knowledge of serviced apartments and corporate housing is preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to go above and beyond in work
- Ability to foster professional relationships
- Energetic and engaging personality
- Ability to work in a high pressured and fast working environment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Degree-level education is preferred
- Cultural awareness
- This position has the opportunity to work remotely from home.
