**Responsibilities;** - Support the creation and implementation processes of Paid Social plans and communication strategies for the US Hispanics. - Ensure campaigns are executed effectively to meet expected performance targets. - Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying key insights and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with the creative production department to produce content for social media. - Develop and implement new mechanisms to increase lead generation. - Monitor and support the processes of working with the SMM team. - Coordinate multiple key projects simultaneously and deliver results. - Proactively stay updated on media behaviors, technology trends, industry news, and evolving strategies.. **Requirements**: - 6+ years of experience in a similar position. - Proven managerial experience. - Proficiency in English. - Demonstrated success in implementing Social Media strategies or equivalent. - Experience in fact-paced environments under tight deadlines and performance plans. - Proven Track Record in scaling leads, revenue and margin in a D2C segment/market using Social Media Channels. - Highly goal-driven and thrives in fast-paced environments. - Strong mentor and coach capable of building high-performing teams. - Innovative problem-solver. - Comfortable operating at both detailed and long-term solution levels. - Enthusiastic about rapid change and learning. - Analytical and data-driven.".
