**Your Role**:As a Paid Media Manager, you'll take charge of paid media marketing channels, crafting and launching high-performing campaigns for clients like YouTube, NewBalance, Google, Nordstrom, and more. Collaborate closely with our creative team to optimize and scale advertising channels through rigorous A/B testing, driving impressive conversions.

**Whom We're Looking For**:

- A mix of creativity and analytical mindset.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on various platforms (Google, Meta, Insta, Snap, TikTok, YouTube, & Amazon Ad).
- Previous B2C experience with a track record of revenue and growth.
- Familiarity with growth marketing areas beyond paid media, such as A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovation.

**Key Skills**:

- Paid Media Expertise: Manage campaigns on Google, Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok & YouTube.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop & execute marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Analytical Mindset: Track KPIs & optimize campaign performance through A/B testing.
- Mobile App Marketing: Run successful ads for apps/games & work with MMPs.
- Remote Collaboration: Thrive in a fully distributed team environment.
- Creativity & Problem-Solving: Craft compelling content & troubleshoot challenges.

**Brownie Points**:Google Digital Marketing or other relevant certifications.

Pay: $1,400,000.00 - $1,800,000.00 per month
