**So you're interested in becoming a Manager, Paid Social? Let's dive into what that means**:
- Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. Follow all best practice and QA processes.
- Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices.
- Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices.
- Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice.
- Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills.
**We're looking for someone who**
- Has a strong Paid Social delivery track record with 2+ years of experience across Meta, with further experience across TikTok, LinkedIn, etc desirable.
- Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
- Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
- Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who is able to lead client communication.
- Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
- Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Has a strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
- Has an advanced English level (B2 in advance).
- Any background in Recruitment Marketing or Healthcare clients is a nice to have.

- You will hit our quality assurance metrics on all campaigns you lead.
- Client satisfaction targets being met (internal & external).
- Learning certifications created and met across the practice.
- Active involvement in mentoring less experienced Paid Social colleagues.
