Job Description Summary
We are a leading multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. We are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team and oversee Recruiting operations for Americas.
The **Talent Acquisition Supervisor**is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of the Air Liquide GBS HR services Talent Acquisition team across the Americas region. This role ensures that hiring needs for all 10 countries are met effectively by leading a high-performing team and aligning regional execution with CoE (Center of Excellence) standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regional Leadership & Mentoring**:Manage and mentor a team of analysts and leads across Americas, providing professional development and ensuring team engagement.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and plans, based on CoE definitions.
- **Stakeholder Partnership**:Act as a key partner for Local HR (HRBPs, Managers, and Directors) and Hiring Managers to understand talent priorities and organize regional support.
- **Performance & Data Analytics**:Track and analyze recruitment metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to assess strategy effectiveness and ensure all regional data is accurate and up to date.
- **Diversity & Inclusion**:Promote and implement D&I strategies within the talent acquisition process in collaboration with CoE Leads.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and operational efficiency across the regional recruitment scope.
- **Audit & Compliance**:Prepare documentation and provide support for audits related to recruiting processes to ensure regional compliance
