**Site Operations Director, your future position?**

You will report into the LATAM Operations Director and your work location will be our manufacturing site located in Munro, Buenos Aires Provice, Argentina.

Your main responsibilities will be:
**Strategy design and execution**
- Help design the regional Operations strategy and definition of related goals based on inputprovided by other departments locally, e.g. Commercial, Regulatory.
- Based on regional strategy, oversee the design and execution of tactical and operational plans locally to meetfunctional goals.

**Function management**
- Provide direction across all Operations sub-functions locally to lead cooperation and improve operational visibility.
- Promote organizational cooperation and process integration programs (Operations Excellence) at local/site levelwhich reduce cycle times, increase organizational, improve on time delivery and quality of products andimprove cost savings opportunities.
- Work across all teams locally to lead the deployment of a world class safety culture, productivityimprovements and inventory reductions.
- Implement the annual operating plan within approved budget.

**People management**
- Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes for the function at local level and validaterelated results.
- Work with the local Operations management team and HR department in developing a regional talent pipelinefor the function.
- Promote the development and promotion of local talents within and outside the function at local level.

Your professional profile includes:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
- MBA or Master's Degree in a Technical field.
- At least 10 years of experience manufacturing operations with a background in supply chain, including exposure to M&A projects, organizational change, operational restructuring, business process redesign, systems implementations, enterprise risk for local organizations, regional exposure.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in people management.
- Expertise in world class manufacturing concepts (LEAN).
- Expertise in product industrialization.
- Fluent English.
- Expertise in change management.
- Experience with business processes/system redesign.
- Experience with financial concepts (e.g. OPEX, CAPEX).
