**Partner with the best**

As a Lead HR Specialist Labor Relations & HR Solutions,** **you will be responsible for:

- Being a first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.
- Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Champion two-way communication channels with key stakeholders
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event.
- Acting as Champion for digital adoption responsibilities from an HR Solutions organizational model.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management.
- Have experience in labor relations, oil & gas industry a plus.

Desired Characteristics
- Have oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Have experience in HCM strategy implementation and system adoption (Workday, SAP Success Factors, Service Now).
- Build HR Skills for the future.

Position is based in Mendoza and will require to be 1 week per month in Bs.As.
