The Auth0 Product Unit Marketing team is looking for a self-motivative and collaborative Program Analyst/Manager for Technical Content to join our Developer Marketing Team.

This position can be based in office in Buenos Aires, Argentina or a home office in Argentina or a combination of the two.

**What you will do**:

- Managing the Blog publishing calendar
- Converting blog posts to the format required by our Blog CMS
- Coordinating with the Corporate Communications team on the publishing of Press Releases.
- Pre-publishing blog edits and review and post-publishing updates
- Publishing blog posts in the blog CMS according to the publishing calendar
- Distribution of the published blog posts on syndication sites and social media sites/groups.
- Review and update the distribution strategy jointly with the Brand team.
- Receive and solve Service Desk tickets for the Technical Content team or route them to the corresponding person.
- Ads creation and placing into the corresponding blogs. Coordinating with the Design team to provide the required ads.
- Collaborate on report creation
- Tech Blog posts metrics
- Author Metrics

Coordinating Developer Content Programs:

- Auth0 Apollo Program (Former Guest Author Program)
- Maintain the tooling that supports the program data
- Make the intros every and conduct the onboarding process every team a new participant joins the program.
- Participate in the channel where each Guest Author performs their work, with the members of the Content Team and help with the tasks related to blog publishing.
- Follow-up with Guest Authors during the process.
- Collaborating with any future program generated by the team.

**What you will bring**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in cross functional Project or Program Management, preferably within a fast-paced Marketing Team and with a SaaS organization.
- Some experience/exposure to content marketing and project management tools.
- Highly skilled in organizing and tracking multiple projects or objectives at different stages without losing traction towards the goal.
