**About the role**:
As a Social Media and Content Analyst at Howdy, you'll assist the Lead Content Producer in showcasing our community digitally and driving engagement. This role involves creating content that highlights Howdy's activities, from Instagram posts to UGC videos, long-form YouTube content on industry topics, and live streams.

You'll cover events through photos, videos, and engaging content for all channels while organizing social media calendars, tracking performance, and contributing creative ideas to the strategy. Attending events and connecting with key stakeholders (designers, marketers, event coordinators, office admins, and Howdy community members) both online and offline, will be key to success in this role.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and scheduling content for social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Create captivating social media copy (organic and ads) with exceptional writing skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Monitor engagement metrics (views, engagement rate, likes, shares, comments, impressions) and generate performance reports.
- Identify trending topics, hashtags, and emerging platform features.
- Support in the creation of short-form videos and Reels, leveraging trending formats and AI tools.
- Analyze competitors' social media strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, ensuring creative ideas align with overall goals.
- Maintain a calendar of posts and help streamline content approvals.
- Cover key events (lunches, after offices, parties) by taking photos and videos to create social media content.
- Write scripts for short videos.

**Main skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (C1/B2).
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences.
- Enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with digital trends and best practices.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with an interest in building a digital community.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of platform-specific nuances.
- Basic video editing skills and knowledge of AI tools for content creation.
