Using software integrations to connect with third-party systems and offer a seamless user experience is a key aspect of our product. The Integrations Services team is responsible for analyzing, designing, and documenting every integration, as well as developing, maintaining, and testing them.

Quality Assurance Engineers in this team perform technical and functional analysis of the way our platform exchanges information with third party software and help develop a technical design to satisfy our customers’ needs. They also actively monitor the health of deployed integrations to tackle issues before they affect our customers.

**Your challenges and objectives**:

- Gain full understanding of product specifications.
- Obtain thorough knowledge of our complex and highly configurable platform.
- Work hand-in-hand with customer-facing teams, understanding their different needs.
- Add value to the product’s life cycle from step one.
- Deliver a high quality product.
- Act as a promoter of QA culture.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Perform API testing (REST, SoapUI, Postman).
- Leverage log analysis.
- Define test cases and design test suites.
- Do integral testing (test new implementations, perform bug fixes and refactors)
- Communicate with customer-facing teams to identify specifications and use cases.
- Be the point of contact for different teams regarding issues, environment settings, and expected functionality.
- Provide timely and meaningful feedback on specs for new implementations and review specifications and technical design documents (when required).
- Detect needs related to testing and propose solutions.

**About you**:

- Curious and analytical.
- Experience in schema data testing.
- Able to read specs, and strong analytic ability for data flows.
- Good understanding of written English.
- Environment setup and server monitoring experience are a plus.
