Your challenges and objectives
- Gain full understanding of product functionality and client use cases.
- Obtain thorough knowledge of our complex and highly configurable platform.
- Collaborate with customers, customer-facing teams, and engineering.
- Add value to the development life cycle from step one.
- Deliver a high-quality product.
- Act as a promoter of QA culture.
Your day-to-day activities
- Perform manual functional testing.
- Define test cases and design test suites.
- Communicate with customer-facing teams to identify specifications and use cases.
- Detect needs related to testing and do root-cause analysis to propose solutions for software defects.
- Be a point of contact for other teams regarding bugs and features.
About you
- Curious and analytical.
- Experience in functional and UI testing.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript is a plus.
- Accessibility testing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git and console management.
