**What will help you succeed**:

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Ability to create compelling narratives and visualizations that communicate data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis or data modeling techniques using Python or R.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- A background in recruiting, staffing, or HR analytics is a plus.
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
