Data Analyst:

We are looking for a Mid/Sr. Data Analyst who has insatiable intellectual curiosity and passion about developing data driven business insights and applying these towards solving real business problems in claims management.
  • Develop creative solutions to complex problems in a high-visibility environment by being able to define problem statements, gather requirements, develop data models & derive data insights to meet business requirements.
  • Perform data profiling and database structure research in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use.
  • Ability to develop complex SQL queries on very large data for quality and prepare it for analysis, modelling and training.
  • As a Data Visualization Architect, design & develop innovative data visualization solutions using tools like Tableau and QlikView to support a broad range of data centric analytical applications.
  • Ability to apply technical and data analysis techniques on high-dimensional data to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Proactively perform data exploration and analytical deep dives to discover insights.
  • Outstanding data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
  • Ability to effectively communicate actionable results through compelling data storytelling across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis using Python or related scripting language.
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree required, degree in Computer Science, statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or related STEM field.
  • 3+ years data analytics experience with strong technical skills in manipulating large data sets using complex query languages like SQL, PL/SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView and/or Microsoft PowerBI).
  • Perform data collection from various data sources, preprocess and do exploratory data analysis.
  • Experience in cleaning and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
  • Develop and implement data version controls and models to extract data insights.
  • Create visualizations and handle report generation. Utilize statistical, ML algorithms for predictive analysis and modeling.
  • Experience in creating compelling data visualizations to summarize and communicate data driven findings at various organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency with data cleaning, data manipulation, reporting, analysis, and visualization required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in data-driven program analysis, data engineering, statistical analysis, or analytics preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL, PL/SQL with a thorough understanding of data and systems' infrastructures, statistical methods (e.g., t-tests, regression analysis, etc.) required. Machine Learning knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation of current and new processes required.
