**We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team**:
The Data Analyst supports the Customer Experience organization by gathering data using complex SQL queries and analyzing large data sets from multiple sources to report KPI metrics, identify trends, root causes and business improvement opportunities, as well as visualizing insights using various business intelligence tools.

**The work you'll do**:

- Imports, cleans, transforms, and verifies data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes
- Performs in depth research on root cause of data anomalies that are uncovered through normal course of analysis
- Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python to analyze existing data sets
- Create, update, and test data visualizations using Tableau and other visualization tools
- Review qualitative data where appropriate in order to expound upon findings and facilitate further research
- Collaborate with peers to source data and identify additional data sets for future collection and analysis
- Prepare deliverables that synthesize analysis, methodology and insights

**What we need from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a computer, technology, or statistics discipline or equivalent relevant work experience/training
- 2-5 years experience
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Experience managing data and transforming data in a SQL environment
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight
- Working knowledge of Python, R or other statistical modeling tools is a strong plus
