Localization Manager

**Location**: Remote (Helsinki Time Zone: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Localization Operations:

- Support and manage AI-based localization processes
- Collaborate with the tools team to optimize localization tools and workflows
- Perform hands-on tasks such as content publishing and site updates
- Continuously seek improvements to elevate the quality and efficiency of localization efforts

Project Management
- Manage localization projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of localized content
- Assist with additional project management tasks related to content production and publishing as needed

Communication & Reporting
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver presentations to keep key stakeholders informed about localization impacts on operations
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements

Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the localization manager and other team members to support ongoing initiatives
- Foster a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues in achieving common goals
- Act as a hands-on contributor within the team, participating actively in daily operations

Education & Experience
- Proven experience in localization management and project management, preferably within an AI-driven environment.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency with AI localization processes and technologies.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams to enhance localization processes.

Communication Skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Contract Details
- Initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance.
