**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are seeking Mid-to-Senior Technical Business Analysts to join a long-term project for a well-funded US-based digital banking startup client.
**TECHNOLOGY STACK**
The platform is hosted on AWS and is built with a modern microservices architecture utilizing a wide range of AWS serverless and server-based technologies, orchestration and decisioning engines, and Snowflake data warehouse.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed user stories/specifications for prioritized business features
- Work closely with the business, product owners, developers, and QA to develop solutions and facilitate testing and business acceptance
- Create and maintain project documentation
**Requirements**:
Practical experience with designing processes based on BPMN standard
- Experience in the banking and FinTech industry and knowledge of consumer and commercial banking products and services, digital banking services, and banking business workflows is strongly preferred
- Strong technical background - some prior development experience, understanding of modern software development and data analytics stacks, experience working with REST APIs, comfortable working with JSON and XML, modeling querying and manipulating data
- Practical experience as a business analyst in an Agile software development environment: interviewing stakeholders, analysis and design of customer journeys, development of business and functional specifications, writing user stories
- Ability to frame and break down complex business problems into components, recommend and execute practical solutions
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a dynamic and agile work environment; able to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Contributes to developing a collaborative team environment that fosters efficient execution, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Possesses positive, take-charge attitude, enjoys engaging in spirited debate and open to new ideas
- Interest in problem-solving, learning new business concepts and processes, services and tools
- Good English proficiency
