Viseven is ready to invite a proactive
**Business Analyst** to join our product BA team

Our company develops a unique digital solution - eWizard, which an actively used in more than 50 countries all over the world. It is available on market for 9 years and Viseven Group is proud that we were the first, who established such a platform. You will have an opportunity to work on improving our product and filling it with new ideas and features.

**About the product**:
**eWizard** - is a unique digital solution that allows to create, edit and localize digital content for pharmaceutical companies to improve their communication with doctors and pharmacists. Viseven as a company & eWizard Platform as its part strives to make pharmaceutical and healthcare-related information more accessible, so we can help our customers and partners save lives and improve lifestyles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with key stakeholders (internal & external) to understand their business challenges and solve their complex issues (complicated logic affecting one service, or simple logic affecting different services).
- Analyze, elicit, and document business requirements, and transform them into technical requirements.
- Cooperate with UX\UI Specialists, Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery & support.
- Prepare & manage technical requirements during Software Development Lifecycle.
- Create and deliver presentations of suggested solutions to key stakeholders (internal & external).
- Cooperate with the development teams.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- Initiate and lead collaboration with colleagues to drive quality and identify best practices.

**Required skills & knowledge**:

- English from Upper-Intermediate (comprehensive written and verbal communication).
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar position in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies basics.
- Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Experience in business process modeling technics, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders (internal & external).

**Experience with the following tools**:

- JIRA, Confluence
- Office 365
- Visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP, or similar)
