We are looking for a **Revenue Operations Leader** who will be the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—streamlining operations, improving processes, and driving alignment across teams to enable scalable growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Build and optimize** scalable systems and processes across our revenue funnel (from lead to renewal)
- Own the **tech stack** for GTM teams (CRM, marketing automation, reporting tools, etc.), ensuring tools are integrated and leveraged effectively
- Create and maintain **dashboards, reports, and forecasting models** to drive data-driven decisions
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales and customer journey; recommend improvements and automation where possible
- Partner with leadership to define **KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking** across teams
- Support **compensation plan design**, territory planning, and quota setting
- Lead cross-functional projects to support GTM strategy, including launching new markets, segments, or playbooks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related roles (experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus)
- Strong experience with **Salesforce**
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Analytical thinker with **strong problem-solving skills** and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, and high-growth environment
- English proficiency (you’ll be working with international stakeholders)

**Nice to Have**:

- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with sales enablement, customer success operations, or marketing ops
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting and pipeline management
- Previous work in a startup or scaleup environment
