**What you will do**:
- Execute Proofs of Concept and Pilots to inspire and validate technical requirements
- Design and implement solutions to optimize the functionality of the product experience platform
- Build customer assets to enable customers to achieve value more quickly
- Communicate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items
- Support strategic customers as they implement our solution
- Maintain working knowledge of the products and services
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality assets that drive the success of the innovative solutions
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C2 for both spoken and written)
- Possess at least two web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web services)
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Dedication to teamwork, and getting things done together
- Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
**Will be a great plus**:
- Degree in computer science or information technology
