Job Overview We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer in the LATAM region (preferably in Mexico) to join our team. Our client is a cutting‑edge leader, seamlessly integrating advanced technologies, telecommunications, and security systems to create innovative solutions. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for handling end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, production operations, and automation across multi‑environment deployments. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development, execution, testing, package generation, and deployment Proven ability to troubleshoot and operate production environments Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems Experience creating and maintaining architecture and solution deployment documentation Expertise in integration and automation across DEV, QA, and PROD environments Familiarity with applying AI‑driven tools or solutions to improve automation, monitoring, or operational efficiency Fluent in Spanish and intermediate level in English Nice‑to‑Have Skills Knowledge of different Git versioning models, such as Git Flow and Trunk‑Based Development Experience in software development Familiarity with deployments using Ansible in multi‑node production environments; knowledge of CHEF, PUPPET, SALT, etc. Role Responsibilities Implementation of scripting or code to automate Dev, Sec, and Ops tasks Collaborate with teams in the adoption of tools for continuous integration Creation and continuous improvement of deployment pipelines Automation of infrastructure provisioning for deployment in production, development, and QA environments Active participation in the design and architecture of solution deployments Deployment of applications across different environments Participation in the creation and continuous improvement of monitoring and observability tools Mentoring other team members Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Engineering and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting EEO Statement At Avenga, everyone matters.
