Para sumarse al equipo de sistemas de importante empresa del rubro Salud, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un
_Cordinador/a Service Desk Ssr/Sr_.

Para esta posición debes contar:
Con experiência +3 años en el roll o posiciones similares

Ser estudiante de Lic, en sistemas o carreras afines.

Las principales funciones:

- Liderar, capacitar y promover el desarrollo del equipo de trabajo.
- Asegurar el soporte técnico local y remoto de diferentes sedes y puntos de soporte
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la infraestructura de hardware y software, realizando los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
- Gestionar las actividades de soporte técnico siguiendo las mejores prácticas ITIL a través del sistema de gestión de servicio.
- Realizar reportes con indicadores del sector y proponer acciones de mejora.
- Coordinar tareas con el cliente interno, el equipo de trabajo y proveedores.
- Gestionar compras de insumos de IT y supervisar los servicios tercerizados.
