**Job Overview**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for house accounts, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Manage inbound requests from house accounts promptly and professionally
- Support the onboarding of new house accounts by coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and service setup
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM tools, such as HubSpot
- Monitor and analyze revenue from house accounts, reporting on trends and performance to identify growth opportunities, mitigate churn risk and sell new services
- Develop nurturing marketing campaigns to engage and retain house accounts
- Complete tasks and assignments on time with a customer-centric focus on quality and attention to detail
- Support Client Services team in daily tasks as needed

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Experience in the translation, interpreting, or localization industry is a plus
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service and client communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to respond to client needs promptly and professionally
- High energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivated
