Propósito del rol

Responsable de garantizar, liderar y definir estrategias que aseguren el cumplimiento de O2C Process, contribuyendo al alcance de los objetivos comerciales de Pfizer

Principales responsabilidades:
Diseño e implementación de soluciones para Clientes

Participación en definición de procesos para acciones de Affordability

Soporte en resolución de disputas

Liderar al equipo de O2C para Venta Directa, garantizando el cumplimiento del S&OP Comercial

Reporting CommOps y BUs

Cálculo de Incentivos KARs y CR Vx

Diseño y control de KPIs del sector

Definir los controles y seguimiento de Acuerdos Especiales (CEV)

Point of Contact para revisiones de Auditoria Interna mensuales y anuales

Participación en reuniones de Lanzamiento de Productos

Diseñar los circuitos de operaciones comerciales en respuesta a las necesidades del negocio

Valor para el cliente

Diseñar y garantizar la comunicación de operadores logísticos, droguerías y pagadores directos con los distintos equipos comerciales de Pfizer

Valor para Pfizer

Garantizar el cumplimiento de O2C Process

Generación de información de valor para toma de decisiones para la BU y/o Key Stake Holders

Articular la comunicación entre equipos comerciales de Pfizer y operadores logísticos Disprofarma y CdS

Calificaciones necesarias

Capacidad analítica y resolución de conflictos aún con información parcial actuando con decisión y asumiendo responsabilidades

Dominio de relaciones interpersonales y de liderazgo

Liderar contribuyendo a que otras personas alcancen los objetivos finales

Conocimiento del negocio de Pfizer/Pharma

Manejo de ERPs (SAP deseable)

Nível de Inglés/Office Avanzado

Finanzas, Colegas Commercial Operations, Gerente Comercial, KAMs/KARs/TMRs, Operador Logístico (Disprofarma y CDS), Acceso, BUs (CL, CBL)
